    The official check-in time is 4:00 PM, although if the apartment is available earlier, you can enter and enjoy the hotel facilities from that moment on, including lunch service for full-board guests.
  • What time should I leave the apartment?
    On the day of your departure, you must leave the room and go to Reception to return the keys and settle the outstanding balance before 12 noon.
  • Does half board include food?
    Half-board includes buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. Dinner cannot be exchanged for lunch.
  • Does full board include drinks?
    Both half-board and full-board options include filtered water and house wine. Other beverages are not included.
  • Is the aparthotel close to the beach?
    We are located just 100 meters from Peñíscola's North Beach.
  • Are there restaurants and cafes nearby?
    The ZT Acuasol Aparthotel is located in the Peñismar area, where you can find a pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, and cafes.
  • How do I get a pass to the Acualandia Sports Complex?
    You must be a hotel guest to request passes at the front desk. Passes are limited and must be returned on the day of use.
  • Do you have parking spaces?
    The ZT Aparthotel Acuasol has limited parking spaces. Reservations are not possible.
  • Can I request a crib?
    Yes, with a supplement (limited units). Please note that the maximum occupancy of four people per accommodation unit, including infants, cannot be exceeded.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Pets are not allowed. Only assistance dogs for people with disabilities are allowed. They must be trained in specialized centers that accompany people with visual, hearing, or other disabilities, or dogs included in assisted therapies. These dogs must always be identified and be serving the person for whom they are authorized.
  • What credit cards are accepted?
    We only accept Visa and Mastercard.
