• Sylvain Zaragoza, SL with NIF B12028833 and address at Avenida Barcelona, 26. Entresuelo 1 - 12500 Vinaroz, Castellón (hereinafter ZT Hotels) is organizing nine #MiMomentoZTAcuasol raffles with the aim of promoting the experience of staying at the ZT Aparthotel Acuasol.



• All Internet users over 18 years of age who meet the indicated requirements may participate in the promotion.



• Minors, employees of the ZT Hotels Group, Temporal Transfer ETT, and partner companies participating in this promotion are excluded from participating in this promotion. Likewise, Internet users who use the sweepstakes to undermine the reputation of ZT Hotels and its hotels and/or act in bad faith will be excluded from participating in this promotion.



• The promotion will run from July 14, 2025, to September 12, 2025, inclusive.



• To participate in the promotion, which will be held under the conditions established in these rules, participants must upload a photo of their vacation at ZT Aparthotel Acuasol, a property belonging to the ZT Hotels chain, to their Facebook feed. The photo must clearly identify itself as having been taken at the property and must include a mention of @ZTAparthotelAcuasol and the hashtag #MiMomentoZTAcuasol.



• Participants will be entered into a weekly drawing for a 10% discount voucher for a new accommodation reservation directly through the ZT Hotels Reservations Center. A final prize will also be drawn for a stay for two people, including bed and breakfast. Reservations are subject to availability and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or sold. The prize is personal and non-transferable. The voucher discount will not be applied to the applicable tourist tax.



• The Easypromo platform will be used to conduct a random drawing. There will be eight drawings for a discount voucher each: July 18, 2025, July 25, 2025, August 1, 2025, August 8, 2025, August 15, 2025, August 22, 2025, August 29, 2025, and September 5, 2025. There will also be a drawing for a grand prize of a bed-and-breakfast stay for two people, which will take place on September 12, 2025. A different winner will be selected each time. The winner will be announced the day after the drawing is held via Facebook.



• The holding of each drawing is subject to a minimum of 5 valid participants in the promotion. If this minimum number is not reached, ZT Hotels reserves the right to cancel the corresponding drawing, without any right to claim or compensation from the participants.



• ZT Hotels will contact the winner via private message on Facebook to request their full name and email address so we can send them the prize. The winner will have 7 days from the announcement date to provide their personal information to the email address provided. If the personal information is not provided within this deadline, the prize will be declared void and cannot be transferred or a new drawing held.



• Participants, by simply uploading the photo to their feed with the mention and hashtag indicated, accept the rules and ZT Hotels' criteria regarding the resolution of any issues arising from the contest.



• ZT Hotels may, in the event of detecting fraudulent use of the promotion, modify these terms and conditions in any relevant provisions to ensure its proper functioning.



• The organizing company is exempt from all liability in the event of possible loss, damage, theft, delays, Internet malfunction, any other circumstance, or incorrect transmission of content that prevents the normal development of the promotion due to causes beyond the company's control, and especially due to external acts of bad faith.



• ZT Hotels informs you that the personal data voluntarily provided by participants will be processed for the purpose of managing participation in the promotional campaign and contacting the winner to arrange for the prize to be delivered. Personal data will not be disclosed to any third party, except in cases where legal provisions so require or where it is necessary for the proper conduct of the promotional campaign.



• The prize of this promotion will be subject to Law 35/2006, of November 28, approving the Personal Income Tax, and Royal Decree 439/2007, of March 30, approving its Regulations, as well as any subsequent amendments and implementing regulations. Law 25/2009, of December 22, amending various laws to adapt them to the Law on Free Access to Service and Exercise Activities, and Law 13/2011, of May 27, on the Regulation of Gambling, as well as any other concordant provisions issued in its implementation, will also be applicable. Therefore, where applicable, the commercial entity ZT Hotels will be responsible for making the payment on account or withholding the Personal Income Tax (hereinafter IRPF). For the purposes of the aforementioned regulations, it is stated that the prize does not exceed 300 euros.
